类风湿关节炎合并心血管疾病影响因素的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎患者发生心血管疾病的风险较一般人群明显升高,已不能用传统的心血管危险因素解释,类风湿关节炎本身的疾病特征如自身免疫、全身性炎症状态、疾病活动水平、及药物治疗等都影响心血管疾病的发生和发展。本综述就类风湿关节炎合并心血管疾病影响因素做出阐述,为疾病的预防及管理提供参考。The risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is significantly higher than that in the general population, which can no longer be explained by traditional cardiovascular risk factors. The disease characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis, such as autoimmunity, systemic inflammatory state, disease activity level, and drug treatment, all affect the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease. This review expounds the influencing factors of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with cardiovascular disease, and provides reference for disease prevention and management.
