摘　　要：双相情感障碍是精神科常见且高发的疾病。随着社会经济的快速发展,人们面临的压力日益增加,该病的发病率也呈逐年上升趋势。由于其病程长、复发率高、致残率高以及自杀风险高,双相情感障碍已成为全球关注的重要精神卫生问题。这种疾病不仅严重影响患者的日常生活,还对家庭造成沉重的经济负担。邹伟教授行医三十余载,致力于减轻患者病痛,改善患者生活质量,对此病有独到的见解,现以此篇文章略作参考,以供互相探讨学习。Bipolar disorder is a common and highly prevalent psychiatric disorder. With the rapid development of society and economy, the increasing pressures of modern life have contributed to a steady increase in its incidence. Characterized by a chronic course, high recurrence rate, significant disability and increased risk of suicide, bipolar disorder has become a major global mental health problem. This condition severely impacts the daily lives of patients and imposes a heavy economic burden on their families. With over 30 years of medical practice, Professor Wei Zou has dedicated his career to alleviating patients’ suffering and improving their quality of life. His unique insights into the treatment of bipolar disorder offer valuable perspectives for further exploration and professional exchange.
