摘　　要：习近平总书记立足中国经济社会发展的实际情况而提出的生态哲学思想不断完善和发展,形成了内涵深刻、外延丰富的体系,对于当前及未来中国的生态文明建设具有极为重要的指导意义,需要我们长期坚持、严格遵循。青海省深入贯彻习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想以及对青海经济社会发展的指示和要求,更加深刻地认识到自身在全国全球生态系统中的重要地位,不断加快绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展,通过提供更多生态红利来大力改善民生,不断推进生态领域的制度创新和制度建设,逐步探索出一条具有青海特色的生态文明建设实践之路,极大地推进了青海的生态文明建设事业。Based on the actual situation of China’s economic and social development, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s ecological philosophy has been constantly improved and developed, forming a profound and denotative system, which is of great guiding significance to the current and future construction of China’s ecological civilization and requires us to adhere to it for a long time and strictly follow it. Qinghai Province has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization construction and his instructions and requirements for Qinghai’s economic and social development, and has become more deeply aware of its important position in the global ecosystem of the whole country. It has continuously accelerated green development, circular development and low-carbon development, and has made great efforts to reform it by providing more ecological dividends. We should improve people’s livelihood, constantly promote institutional innovation and institutional construction in the field of ecology, gradually explore a practical way to build ecological civilization with Qinghai characteristics, and greatly promote the construction of ecological civilization in Qinghai.
