摘　　要：法国路易·阿尔都塞作为20世纪西方马克思主义重要代表人物,他将语言学学说、精神分析学理论和结构主义方法运用到马克思主义理论阐发中,在国际共产主义运动风云动荡的特殊形势下,保卫和发展了马克思主义。《论“社会契约”(错位种种)》是《路易·阿尔都塞:哲学与政治:路易·阿尔都塞读本(下卷)》中一篇重要文章,发表于1966年,具有鲜明的结构主义分析法的特色。路易·阿尔都塞通过症候阅读法分析,指出了卢梭“社会契约”理论中没有显现的无意识内容,揭示了其理论是对资产阶级人道主义意识形态的反映。路易·阿尔都塞的文本解读立足整体,把握理论总问题和问题实质,以消除无意识缺失的阅读屏障和思想栅栏,旨在批判卢梭“社会契约”的意识形态理论,阐明解决人类社会难题必须回到马克思主义理论。As an important representative of the 20th century Western Marxism, French Louis Althusser applied linguistic theories, psychoanalysis theories and structuralism methods to the exposition of Marxist theory, under the special situation of the International Communist movement, we should defend and develop Marxism. “On the social contract” (the misplaced variety) is an important article in “Louis Althusser: Philosophy and Politics: a Louis Althusser Reader, Part II,” published in 1966, has the bright structuralism analytical method characteristic. Through the analysis of symptomatic reading, the Louis Althusser points out the unconscious content that does not appear in Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s theory of “Social Contract” and reveals that his theory is a reflection of bourgeois humanitarian ideology. The text of the Louis Althusser is interpreted as a whole, grasping the general problem and the essence of the problem so as to eliminate the barrier of unconsciousness, to criticize Jean-jacques Rousseau’s ideological theory of a “Social contract,” and to clarify that the solution to human social problems must return to Marxist theory.
