摘　　要：马克思的剩余价值理论经久不衰,具有强大的生命力和科学性,发展至今仍具有相当的当代价值。本文首先在对马克思剩余价值理论的时代背景进行简单介绍的基础上,再次回顾了马克思剩余价值理论的基本概念和剩余价值生产和分配的基本过程,最后对剩余价值理论的当代价值进行了详细地阐释。理论界对剩余价值理论的研究出现了百家争鸣的现象,但尚未形成共识。本文通过此次研究以期对剩余价值理论研究贡献微薄之力。Marx’s theory of surplus value is enduring and has strong vitality and scientific nature. Its development still has considerable contemporary significance. Based on a brief introduction of the historical background of Marx’s surplus value theory, this paper reviewed the basic concept of Marx’s surplus value theory and the basic process of surplus value production and distribution, and finally explained the contemporary value of the surplus value theory in detail. In the academic world, there has been a phenomenon of vigorous debates and discussions regarding the theory of surplus value, but a consensus has yet to be reached. This study aims to make a modest contribution to the research on the theory of surplus value.
