摘　　要：在列宁的诸多著作中,他对民主的论述最为丰富,尤其是在《国家与革命》一书中,列宁以马克思恩格斯的民主理念为指导,逐渐形成了独特的民主观。列宁对民主的本质特征进行了科学阐释,让我们清楚地认识了民主的实质。列宁指出了考茨基之流的错误之处,同时对资本主义民主进行了科学评估。通过对资本主义民主和社会主义民主关系进行分析,阐明了社会主义民主的优越性。现在我们已步入中国特色社会主义新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位,社会主义民主的发展更离不开列宁民主观的指导。Among Lenin’s many works, his discussion on democracy is the most abundant, especially in the State and Revolution, Lenin gradually formed a unique view of democracy under the guidance of Marx and Engels’ democratic ideas. Lenin’s scientific explanation of the essential characteristics of democracy makes us clearly understand the essence of democracy. Lenin pointed out the mistakes of Kautsky and others, and at the same time made a scientific assessment of capitalist democracy. Through the analysis of the relationship between capitalist democracy and socialist democracy, the superiority of socialist democracy is clarified. Now that we have entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this is a new historical juncture in China’s development, and the development of socialist democracy cannot be separated from the guidance of Lenin’s democratic concept.
