摘　　要：新自由主义随着全球经济格局的演变和“华盛顿共识”的出台,逐渐成为国际垄断资本向全球扩张的重要理论支撑。这一理论政策在经济上主张市场经济的自由化、私有化和全球化,反对国家对经济进行干预;政治上维护资本主义制度,反对公有制和社会主义;在社会方面削减社会福利开支。新自由主义的传播对资本主义国家和发展中国家的经济和政治体制,产生了重大影响。以此来剖析新自由主义理论的实质,正确认识和审视当今资本主义社会的目的。Neoliberalism has gradually become an important theoretical support for international monopoly capital to expand globally with the evolution of the global economic landscape and the introduction of the Washington Consensus. This theoretical policy advocates for the liberalization, privatization, and globalization of the market economy, and opposes state intervention in the economy;It politically upholds the capitalist system, opposes public ownership and socialism and reduces social welfare spending in the social sector. The spread of neoliberalism has had a significant impact on the economic and political systems of capitalist and developing countries to analyze the essence of neoliberal theory and to correctly understand and examine the purpose of today’s capitalist society.
