摘　　要：有把马克思主义同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,才能正确回答时代和实践提出的问题,保持马克思主义的蓬勃升级和旺盛活力。马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化既有契合性又有差异性,本文从中国道家文化入手,以马克思主义中唯物辩证法中的两大特征与三大规律为切入点,探索二者的差异性和契合性。Only by combining Marxism with China’s specific realities and fine traditional Chinese culture can we correctly answer the questions posed by The Times and practice and maintain the vigorous upgrading and vitality of Marxism. Marxism and Chinese excellent traditional culture have both compatibility and differences. This paper, starting from Chinese Taoist culture, explores the differences and compatibility of the two with the two major features and three major laws of materialist dialectics in Marxism.
