摘　　要：葛兰西对市民社会概念的拓展,使人们对西方社会革命有了新的认识。市民社会理论对于社会治理有重要意义。这一理论既是对马克思主义理论及其之前的哲学家关于市民社会理论的继承与发展,也对批判理论、文化研究、后结构主义、后殖民理论以及社会运动分析等领域产生深远的影响。回望其理论内涵对反思现代资本主义国家权力关系及市民社会阶级结构的新变化具有重要理论意义。Gramsci’s expansion of the concept of civil society has led to a new understanding of the Western social revolution. The theory of civil society has important implications for social governance. This theory is both an inheritance and a development of Marxist theory and the philosophers’ theories on civil society before it, and it has also had a profound impact on the fields of critical theory, cultural studies, post-structuralism, post-colonial theory, and social movement analysis. Looking back at its theoretical connotations is of great theoretical significance for reflecting on the new changes in the power relations of the modern capitalist state and the class structure of civil society.
