摘　　要：本文深入探讨了马克思主义关于资本与劳动关系的基本原理,包括资本的本质与属性、劳动的二重性与商品价值、资本与劳动的对立统一以及资本主义生产方式的内在矛盾。文章进一步分析了这些原理在当代社会的现实意义,包括批判资本主义剥削制度、指导劳动立法与权益保护、推动劳动关系和谐稳定以及反思资本主义发展模式。同时,文章也讨论了全球化、科技进步、社会结构多元化和环境保护等新时代背景下劳动关系面临的挑战与发展。通过坚持和发展马克思主义理论,不断探索适应新时代要求的劳动关系治理模式和劳动者权益保障机制,我们可以构建更加和谐、公正、可持续的劳动关系体系,为维护社会稳定、推动经济发展和实现人民幸福做出贡献。This paper deeply discusses the basic principles of the relationship between capital and labor in Marxism, including the nature and attributes of capital, the duality of labor and commodity value, the unity of opposites between capital and labor, and the inherent contradiction of capitalist mode of production. The article further analyzes the practical significance of these principles in contemporary society, including criticizing the capitalist exploitation system, guiding labor legislation and rights protection, promoting the harmony and stability of labor relations, and reflecting on the capitalist development model. At the same time, the article also discusses the challenges and development of labor relations under the background of globalization, scientific and technological progress, diversification of social structure and environmental protection. By adhering to and developing Marxist theory, and constantly exploring the governance model of labor relations and the protection mechanism of workers’ rights and interests that meet the requirements of the new era, we can build a more harmonious, just and sustainable labor relations system and make contribu
