摘　　要：随着数字技术在经济领域的广泛应用,生产活动的定义、范围、形式、主体等因素都发生了相应的改变。本文旨在准确把握数字经济时代剩余价值生产、实现和分配的特点规律,这不仅有助于科学揭示数字时代资本主义的生产秘密和剥削本质,也有助于深刻理解社会主义市场经济中数字资本的特性和行为规律,全面保护新形式就业劳动者的合法权益,推动我国数字经济的健康发展,具有重要的参考意义。With the widespread application of digital technology in the economic field, factors such as the definition, scope, form, and subject of production activities have undergone corresponding changes. This article aims to accurately grasp the characteristics and laws of surplus value production, realization, and distribution in the digital economy era. This not only helps to scientifically reveal the production secrets and exploitative nature of capitalism in the digital age, but also helps to deeply understand the characteristics and behavioral laws of digital capital in the socialist market economy, comprehensively protect the legitimate rights and interests of new forms of employment workers, promote the healthy development of China’s digital economy, and has important reference significance.
