摘  要:“仁义礼”观念是儒家思想的理论核心,也是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。“仁”是“义”“礼”三者作为先秦儒家正义思想的理论根源、精神内核与外在标准,相辅相成,共同构筑起先秦儒家正义思想体系的基本框架。儒家正义思想对中华文化影响深远,它不仅对个人自我价值认同与身心发展起着重要作用,也对构筑中华文明精神空间,明确社会道德价值指向,引导国家与社会发展起着积极作用。The concepts of “benevolence, righteousness and propriety” are the theoretical core of Confucianism and an important part of China’s fine traditional culture. “Benevolence” is the theoretical origin, spiritual core and external standard of “righteousness” and “propriety” as the justice thought of the Pre-Qin Confucianism. They complement each other and jointly form the basic framework of the justice thought system of the Pre-Qin Confucianism. Confucian justice thought has a profound influence on Chinese culture. It not only plays an important role in the self-value recognition and physical and mental development of individuals, but also plays a positive role in constructing the spiritual space of Chinese civilization, clarifying the moral value orientation of society, and guiding the development of the country and society.
