摘　　要：急、危重患者长途转诊是院前急救工作中的一项重要任务,这对挽救急、危重患者的生命和体现甘肃省紧急救援中心的职能以及院前急救队伍的执行力均有重要意义。患者长途转诊前必须对患方、任务执行者和执行任务的各环节进行科学、系统评估,当病情变化时能够及时调整转运及治疗方案,做到有备无患,是成功完成任务的关键,现将急、危重症患者长途转诊的方法及转诊前进行科学、系统评估的主要内容总结如下。It is one of the most important tasks that urgent, long distance referral in critically ill patients in the pre-hospital care. This acute and critically ill patients-saving lives and reflected in Gansu province, the emergency rescue center functions as well as the execution of first-aid team have important significance. We must conduct a scientific and systematic assessment of the patients, task performers, and other aspects of the task before long-distance referral. When the condition changes, timely adjustments to the transportation and treatment program, it’s the key to successful completion of tasks. Acute and critically ill patients of long referral methods scientific and systematic assessment and referral before the main content are summarized below.
