摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹以反复发作的风团和瘙痒为主要特征,是皮肤科最常见的慢性皮肤病之一。其病因目前尚不明确,临床常用治疗手段难以取得令人满意的长期疗效。笔者导师陈明岭教授临床多年,常结合四川地区地域特点,运用中医药治疗慢性荨麻疹,形成了独特的用药体系,常可获得显著的临床疗效。本文对陈教授辩治川渝地区慢性荨麻疹经验进行总结,并附医案一则,为慢性荨麻疹的临床诊疗提供参考。Chronic urticaria, mainly characterized by recurring windburn and itching, is one of the most common chronic skin diseases in dermatology. Its etiology is still unclear, and the commonly used clinical treatments are difficult to achieve satisfactory long-term efficacy. The author’s mentor, Prof. Chen Mingling, has been treating chronic urticaria with traditional Chinese medicine for many years, often combining with the geographical characteristics of the Sichuan area, and has formed a unique medication system, which often achieves remarkable clinical efficacy. This paper summarizes Professor Chen’s experience in treating chronic urticaria in Sichuan and Chongqing regions and attaches a medical case to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria.
