摘　　要：页岩气是当前投资领域的一个热点,它能缓解能源紧张的局面。本文首先阐述了页岩气的概念及其研究背景,然后分析了页岩气勘探和开发利用中的投资风险,并针对各类风险提出政策建议,以促进我国页岩气产业的健康发展。Shale gas is a hot spot for investment as it alleviates the problems in energy supply. This article explains the concepts and background related to shale gas, and analyzes the investment risks in shale gas exploration and production. Policies are also suggested to promote the healthy devel-opment of the shale gas industry in China.
