摘 要:高压开关柜作为电力系统稳定运行的重要设备,设备的可靠运行成为电力设备运维部门的主要任务,长期以来,发热故障一直是电力设备运行管理过程中的突出问题。对高压开关设备触头温升的检测也是待解决的问题。基于对高压开关设备温升标准要求的理解和对温升影响因素的分析,本文分析了触头部位接触电阻、载流量、接触压力对设备温升和安全运行的影响。并提供了相关的计算方法和解决途径。也对文献中较少阐述的电弧电流和其他影响因素与温升的关系进行了探讨。High voltage switchgear is an important equipment for stable operation of electric power system. Reliable operation of equipment becomes the main task of power equipment operation and maintenance department. For a long time, heat failure has been a prominent problem in the oper-ation and management of power equipment. Based on the understanding of the requirements of temperature rise of high voltage switchgear and the analysis of the influence factors of temperature rise, the influence of contact resistance, current-carrying capacity and contact pressure on the temperature rise and safe operation of the equipment is analyzed in this paper. And providing the relevant calculation methods and solutions. The relationship between the arc current and other influencing factors and the temperature rise is also discussed.
