摘 要:西安思源学院经历了燃煤集中供暖–燃气集中供暖–燃气分布式供暖三个时期,从总吨位为42蒸吨的4座燃煤供热锅炉房(负责27万m2建筑的供暖、学生老师洗浴用热水的供给任务)逐步改造到燃气锅炉房33个,换热站5座,非冷凝型燃气供热锅炉53台,淘汰传统集中供暖,创新为各楼宇独立供暖–分布式供暖。根据多年收集的热能耗数据分析得出:燃气分布式供暖比燃气集中供暖节能,燃气集中供暖比燃煤集中供暖节能。将最节能的燃气分布式供暖所耗热值定为100%,燃气集中供暖所耗的热值则为130.7%,燃煤集中供暖所耗的热值则为191.8%。Xi’an Siyuan University experienced three periods from coal central heating to gas central heating, until gas distributed heating. In the coal central heating period, there were total 4 coal-burning boiler stations with capacity of 42 tons of steam tonnage, and was responsible for both heating of 270000 m2 building, and showing of students and teachers. In the gas distributed period, there are now total 33 gas boiler rooms, 5 heat exchange stations, 53 sets of non-condensing gas heating boil-er. Eliminate traditional central heating and innovate independent heating for each build-ing-distributed. According to the analysis of thermal energy consumption data collected over the years, the gas distributed heating is more energy saving than the gas central heating, and the gas central heating is more energy saving than the coal central heating. If the heat value of the most energy-efficient system—gas distributed heating is set as 100%, the gas central heating is 130.7%, and the coal central heating is 191.8%.
