摘  要:本文设计开发了一套基于机械臂和小车的物料分拣搬运的桌面级智能仓储系统,该系统基于AT Mega2560控制芯片,使用dobot机械臂、传送带、AI-Starter小车、传感器、Xbee无线通信器为执行部件,通过鼓励同学们开发机器视觉图像处理算法、机械臂小车同步作业协同控制算法,实现了物料的高效分拣、灵活装载、安全运输和自动入库,本系统为培养高素质复合型“新工科”人才提供了重要的教学实践平台,为学生运用人工智能知识分析解决问题提供了切实可行的实践手段。In this paper, an intelligent warehouse system for material carrying and sorting based on mechanic arm and smart car is developed and designed. The system is based on AT Mega2560 control chip, wherein dobot mechanical arm, conveyor belt, AI-Starter car, sensors, Xbee wireless apparatus are employed as execution parts. By encouraging students to develop image processing algorithm of machine vision and synchronous coordination control algorithm of robot arms and cars, the system realizes efficient sorting, flexible loading, safe transportation and automatic storage of materials. The research provides a crucial teaching platform for training high quality “new engineering” tal-ents and offers practical means for students to take advantage of artificial intelligence knowledge to analyze and solve problems.
