摘　　要：随着抗生素的广泛使用,一个问题逐渐凸显出来:抗生素的滥用和耐药现象。细菌对抗生素的耐药性不断增强,导致许多抗生素逐渐失去了疗效,严重威胁着公共卫生安全。本文综述了抗生素的分类,发展历程,在临床应用中的价值和作用,对现状的分析,抗生素的不良反应和影响,以及抗生素的发展趋势与前景愿望。With the widespread use of antibiotics, a problem has gradually emerged: The abuse and resistance of antibiotics. The increasing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics has led to the gradual loss of efficacy of many antibiotics, which seriously threatens public health security. This paper reviews the classification, development history, value and function of antibiotics in clinical application, analysis of the current situation, adverse reactions and effects of antibiotics, as well as the development trend and prospect of antibiotics.
