摘  要:以D-苯丙氨酸为稳定剂,合成具有室温磷光(RTP)的水溶性的Mn掺杂ZnS量子点。利用荧光分光光度计,扫描电子显微镜对合成的锰掺杂硫化锌量子点进行了表征。详细讨论了Hg2+浓度、酸碱度、温度等因素对传感器的影响。结果表明Hg2+的浓度在:1.0 ×10?5 mol/L^8.0 ×10?7 mol/L时呈现良好的线性关系,以此建立了测定Hg2+的新方法,该传感器对Hg2+显示出较好的识别能力,检出限为:2.6 ×10?8 mol/L相对标准偏差为3.30%。该法用于测定池塘水中Hg2+浓度可以得到较为满意的结果。The novel Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots of phosphorescence were synthesized in aqueous solution with D-phenylalanine as a stabilizer, which was characterized by fluorescence spectrometry and SEM, respectively. Effects of various factors including the concentration, temperature and pH of quantum dots on sensor were discussed. The results showed that the concentration of Hg2+ in the range of 1.0 ×10?5 mol/L to 8.0 ×10?7 mol/L had good linear relationship, a new method of the determination Hg2+ the sensor had good recognition ability for Hg2+, the detection limit was 2.6 ×10?8 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was 3.30%. The method can be used to determine Hg2+ in pond water.
