摘 要:本工作以乙酸铜、3-噻吩丙二酸和2,2'-联吡啶为原料,采用简单的溶剂挥发法制备了含铜零维超分子配合物Cu-TP。该配合物分子中含有丰富的氢键受体原子(N、O和S)和结晶水分子,有利于吸附环境中的水分子。以Cu-TP为活性层构建了阻抗型湿敏传感器,初步探究了其湿敏特性。结果表明,基于Cu-TP的湿敏传感器件显示了良好的感湿性能,在相对湿度从11%切换到97%时,其阻抗降低超过3个数量级。In this work, copper-containing zero-dimensional supramolecular complexes Cu-TP were prepared using a simple volatilization method using copper acetate, 3-thiophene malonic acid and 2,2'-bipyridyl as raw materials. The complex molecule contains abundant hydrogen bond acceptor atoms (N, O, and S) and crystalline water molecules, which are beneficial for adsorbing water molecules from the environment. An impedimetric humidity sensor was constructed using Cu-TP as the active layer, and its humidity-sensing characteristics were preliminarily explored. The results indicate that the humidity sensor based on Cu-TP exhibits good humidity sensing performance. When the relative humidity switches from 11% to 97%, its impedance decreases larger than three orders of magnitude.
