摘  要:海水溶解氧、盐度对于海洋生态环境有一定指示作用。2014年冬季设置9个断面,49个站位,以1 m为间隔,调查东海近岸海域海水表层至底层冬季溶解氧、盐度变化,分析结果如下:1) 东海近岸海域冬季海水溶解氧含量在1.31~8.40 mg?L?1之间,表层溶解氧平均含量约7.00 ±0.26 mg?L?1,底层溶解氧平均含量约4.33 ±0.99 mg?L?1。各断面溶解氧含量由近岸向海下降,变化范围逐渐减小。在整个研究区域内,溶解氧含量从西北向东南方向下降。在垂直方向,溶解氧表层含量高于底层,在一定深度溶解氧含量急剧下降,在底层趋于稳定。2) 东海近岸海域冬季海水盐度在29.60‰~34.00‰之间,近岸海域盐度低于远海,最大值出现在研究区域的东南部。东海海域盐度随深度增加而增加,在一定深度急剧升高,底层海水盐度稳定;近岸海域盐度垂直变化范围大于远岸。东海海域溶解氧和盐度变化受多种因素影响。Dissolved oxygen and salinity indicate marine environment quality. An investigation on the East China Sea was conducted in the winter of 2014. Nine transections with 1m slots including 49 sampling sites were set, and data of the dissolved oxygen, salinity and temperature was obtained and analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The dissolved oxygen content of seawater of the East China Sea is between 1.31 mg?L?1 to 8.40 mg?L?1. The average surface dissolved oxygen was 7.00 ±0.26 mg?L?1, while the average bottom layer dissolved oxygen was 4.33 ±0.99 mg?L?1. The dissolved oxygen content in all the transections showed the similar distribution pattern of which the value decreased gradually from inshore area to the offshore. In the whole study area the dissolved oxygen content decreased from northwest to Southeast. The dissolved oxygen content of all transections showed similar vertical distribution pattern that the surface layer values were significantly higher than that of the bottom layer, and the dissolved oxygen content decreased sharply at certain depth, then tended to be stable. 2) The salinity content of the East China Sea is between 29.60‰ to 34.00 ‰. Generally salinity of inshore area was lower than that of offshore area, and the maximum salinity occurred in the southeastern of the study area. The salinity increased vertically with the water depth, and climbed up sharply at certain depth, then kept table level at bottom layer. The vertical salinity changes of inshore showed wider range than that of offshore. The distribution of dissolved oxygen and salinity in the East China Sea were affected by multiple factors.
