摘 要:气象信息缺失情况下的舰船气象保障具有收集难度大、信息处理手段抗干扰能力高、气象保障内容形势多样化以及预报要求高等特点。针对这些特点,本研究建议可以从以下几方面出发以改善气象缺失情况下舰船保障困难的困境:一是加强相关人员特情环境下的处置策略训练,做到装备出现故障后可以及时查清缘由并修理维护;二是通过增加备用电台频率等手段,降低信息丢失率,增加信息传播效果。In the absence of weather information, the ship meteorological support has the characteristics of great difficulty in collection, high anti-interference ability of information processing means, diversified meteorological support content and high forecast requirements. In view of these characteristics, this study proposes to improve the difficulties of ship support from the following aspects: First, to strengthen the disposal strategy training of relevant personnel in the special environment, so that the equipment failure can be timely identified and repaired;second, to reduce the rate of information loss and increase the effect of information transmission by increasing the frequency of standby radio.
