摘 要:胜任特征是有效业绩所需知识、技能及个人特质的组合。通过对177名心理健康服务人员和225名心理健康服务对象的问卷调查,了解双方对心理健康服务人员所应具备的胜任特征的态度。结果表明,双方最为看重的心理健康服务人员胜任特征是“能恪守为求助者保密的承诺”,最不看重的是“在求助者心目中有威信”;双方对心理健康服务人员人格特质的重视均甚于知识技能;女性和年轻人表现出对一些胜任特征要求更高的倾向;非心理学专业与本科及以下的心理健康服务人员更看重专业知识与技能;实践经验丰富的心理健康服务人员更注重对来访者的积极关注;接受过心理健康服务的被试对心理健康服务人员的一些胜任特征要求更高。Competency is the combination of knowledge, skills and personal traits required for effective performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 177 mental health service providers and 225 clients to understand their attitudes about the importance of mental health service providers’ competencies. The results showed that both sides regard “honoring promises of confidentiality to clients” as the most important competency and regard “having prestige in the client’s heart” as the least important competency. Both of the subjects value the personality traits of mental health service providers more than knowledge and skills. Women and young people show some tendency to attach more importance to some competencies. The mental health service providers whose majors are not psychology and whose degrees are undergraduate or below value professional knowledge and skills more. The practitioners with rich experience pay more attention to positive regard to the clients. The subjects received mental health services attach more importance to some competencies of the practitioners.
