摘  要:本研究主要探讨在网络社交情景中,他人自我呈现信息的水平和相似度对网络人际信任的影响。采用情景实验法,对179名江西中医药大学的在校大学生进行调查。结果显示,在相似度不变情况下,用真实的头像和网名作为高呈现水平的微信验证信息能显著正向影响网络人际信任;当呈现水平一致时,添加来源是“江西中医药大学校友群”的高相似度微信验证信息也可以显著提升网络人际信任;最后,以真实的头像和网名作为高呈现水平以及添加来源是“江西中医药大学校友群”的高相似度他人自我呈现能显著增进个体产生的网络人际信任程度。This study mainly explores the impact of the level and similarity of others’ self-presented information on online interpersonal trust in online social situations. The situational experiment was used to investigate 179 college students from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The results show that with the real profile picture and screen name, the WeChat verification information can significantly improve the network trust. When the presentation level is consistent, the high similarity level of the source can significantly enhance the network trust. Finally, the self-presentation of others with real profile pictures and screen names as the high presentation level and the high similarity source of “Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine alumni Group” could significantly positively affect the degree of online interpersonal trust produced by individuals.
