探析高校学生食堂“光盘”行为

摘　　要：采用观察法与访谈法,了解在校生对“光盘”行动的认识及践行情况、没能做到餐餐光盘的原因以及是否愿意引导未光盘同学进行光盘。结果:高校学生食堂就餐的光盘情况比较好,有60.15%的同学做到了光盘,其中男性光盘行为优于女性、晚餐光盘行为优于午餐。绝大部分同学都对光盘行动有一定的了解,对光盘行动的评价积极正面,有意向在日常生活实践中落实光盘行动。The observation method and interview method were used to understand the students’ understanding and practice of the “clear your plate” action, the reasons for failing to participate in events, and whether they were willing to guide the students who did not participate the “clear your plate” campaign to participate. Results: The “clear your plate” action in college students’ cafeteria was relatively good, and 60.15% of the students achieved “clear your plate” campaign, among which “clear your plate” behavior of male was better than female and dinner behavior was better than lunch. Most of the students have a certain understanding of the “clear your plate” campaign, have a positive evaluation of it, and have the intention to implement the “clear your plate” action in daily life practice.
