摘 要:本研究旨在构建高校学生骨干胜任力模型,以满足当代高等教育发展需求。采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)作为研究方法,从东华大学挑选11名学生骨干作为研究对象,通过对访谈数据的编码和分析,筛选出了22项鉴别性和基准性胜任特征,构建出高校学生骨干胜任力模型。该模型为高校学生骨干的培养提供了有益的参考和指导,有助于引导高校学生成长为担当有为、具备领导力和创新能力的时代新人。This research aims to construct a competency model for college core students to meet the develop-ment needs of contemporary higher education. Using Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) as the re-search method, the research chose 11 core students of Donghua University as the research subjects. Through coding and analyzing the interview data, 22 discriminative and benchmark competency features were filtered out, and a competency model for university student backbone members was constructed. This model provides useful reference and guidance for the cultivation of college core students, and helps guide university students to grow into responsible, leadership, and innovative new generations.
