摘　　要：作为思想政治教育体系中的一个结构要素,高校思政心理工作在培养“三有”时代新人、锻造合格先进知识分子的实践进程中发挥着不可替代的作用。新时代高校思政心理工作的对象、地位和方法已悄然发生深刻嬗变的同时,也面临着诸多繁杂的挑战,这是一个无需论争的共识。籍此,在审视高校思政心理工作出现的新变化和精准把控高校思政心理工作的新特点的基础上,校准高校思政心理工作良性循环的着力点,就彰显出了极为重要的理论意义和实践价值。As a structural element in the ideological and political education system, the ideological, political and psychological work in colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable role in the practice process of cultivating new people in the “three things” era and forging qualified advanced intellectuals. While the objects, status and methods of ideological, political and psychological work in colleges and universities in the new era have undergone profound changes, they also face many complicated challenges, which is a consensus without debate. In this way, on the basis of examining the new changes of ideological and political psychological work in colleges and universities and accurately controlling the new characteristics of ideological and political psychological work in colleges and universities, the focus of the virtuous cycle of ideological and political psychological work in colleges and universities highlights the extremely important theoretical significance and practical value.
