摘　　要：随着民办高等教育的快速发展,民办高职院校学生作为中国特色高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,其心理健康问题日益受到社会关注。本文主要探讨了民办高职院校学生心理健康的现状,并通过深入分析其心理健康问题的成因,提出有针对性的优化策略,以期为提升民办高职院校学生的心理健康水平提供参考。With the rapid development of private higher education, the mental health of private higher vocational students, as an important part of the higher education system, has received increasing attention from the society. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of students’ mental health in private higher vocational colleges and universities, and puts forward targeted strategies through in-depth analysis of the causes of their mental health problems, with a view to providing reference for enhancing the mental health of students in private higher vocational colleges and universities.
