摘  要:消费的真实需求是为了满足人们的生存发展,异化消费则变成了满足被他人强加的“虚假需求”,而过度消费则是把消费过程本身当成了购买或生产的目的。异化消费和过度消费都导致了消费手段和目的产生了颠倒,造成了人的主体性陷落,最终带来精神危机和生态危机问题。为了避免过度消费带来的危害,所以要引导树立科学健康的消费心理,提倡适度消费、弘扬中国传统的“以俭为荣”的消费观念、加强对消费行为的规范保障。The real demand of consumption is to meet people’s survival and development, while alienated consumption becomes to satisfy the “false demand” imposed by others, and excessive consumption is to regard the consumption process itself as the purpose of purchase or production. Alienated consumption and excessive consumption have both led to the reversal of consumption methods and purposes, resulting in the collapse of human subjectivity, ultimately leading to spiritual and ecological crises. In order to avoid the harm caused by excessive consumption, it is necessary to guide the establishment of a scientific and healthy consumption psychology, advocate moderate consumption, promote the traditional Chinese consumption concept of “taking pride in frugality”, and strengthen the regulation and protection of consumption behavior.
