Development Trends and Research Hotspots of User Experience in Aging-Appropriate Products Domestically and Internationally over the Past Decade

摘　　要：为了解近10年国内外适老化产品用户体验的发展趋势及研究热点,通过CiteSpace可视化软件对CNKI知网以及Web of Science数据库中2012年~2023年的相关文献进行梳理,并根据结果进行分析,得出以下相关结论:1) 在发表趋势方面,适老化产品用户体验研究领域的期刊发表数量大体呈现上升趋势,国外发表数量显著高于国内;2) 国内相关研究更多集中于计算机、工业设计等领域,而国外更多集中于医疗领域;3) 近年来在国内,助行器、助浴产品、智能穿戴设备等针对不同老年人群体的适老化产品受到了更多的关注和研究,而在国外较受关注的方面有远程看护、智能住宅、数字健康等。To understand the development trends and research hotspots of user experience (UX) in aging-appropriate products domestically and internationally over the past decade, this paper utilizes CiteSpace visualization software to review relevant literature from the CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and Web of Science databases spanning from 2012 to 2023. Based on the analysis of the results, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) In terms of publication trends, the number of journal publications in the field of UX in aging-appropriate products generally shows an upward trend, with significantly higher publication numbers abroad than domestically. 2) Domestically, more research is concentrated in areas such as computer science and industrial design, while abroad, there is a greater focus on the medical field. 3) In recent years, in China, aging-appropriate products targeting different elderly groups such as walkers, bath aids, and smart wearable devices have received more attention and research, while abroad, aspects such as remote caregiving, smart homes, and digital health are more prominent.
