摘 要:本文研发了一台使用车用换热器作为吸附床的双箱吸附制冷系统,并在不同的运行参数下对系统性能进行了测试及研究,证明了运行参数优化对系统性能有着积极的影响。本次研究中使用了分子筛13X/氯化钙复合吸附剂–水作为吸附剂–吸附质工质对。吸附制冷系统由两个吸附器,一个蒸发器,一个载冷水箱,一个冷凝器,一个控制器,一个热水箱及一个冷水箱组成。系统还添加了一些数据测量及辅助设备。实验中对多个运行参数,例如:吸附/脱附时间,回质时间,回热时间,冷却水进水温度,热水进水温度,热水流速等进行了研究及优化。在25℃冷却水进水温度,85℃热水进水温度,16℃载冷水进水温度,600s吸附/脱附时间,50s回质回热时间,2.4kg/min载冷水流速,7.8kg/min热水流速,以及8kg/min冷却水流速的工况下,系统能效比(COP)为0.25,单位制冷量(SCP)为171W/kg。In this study, a double-bed adsorption cooling system usingvehicle radiators as an adsorbent bed was built and the system performance wastested and investigated experimentally under various working conditions. Theresults proved that the operating conditions have a positive effect on thecooling performance of the system. Zeolite 13X/CaCl2 compositeadsorbent-water was used as the adsorbent-adsorbate working pair. Theadsorption cooling system contained two adsorbers, an evaporator, a chilledwater tank, a condenser, an overall controller, a hot water tank and a watercooling tower. It was equipped with measurement instruments and supplementarysystem components. Various operating conditions for example,adsorption/desorption phase time, mass recovery time, heat recovery phase time,cooling water inlet temperature, hot water inlet temperature and hot water flowrate, were investigated and optimized. The coefficient of performance (COP) ofthe system was recorded at about 0.25 while the specific cooling power (SCP)was about 171 W/kg under the operating condition of about 25?C cooling waterinlet temperature, 85?C hot water inlet temperature, 16?C chilled water inlettemperature, 600 s of adsorption/desorption phase time, 50 s of heat and massrecovery time, 2.4 kg/min chilled water flow rate, 7.8 kg/min hot water flowrate and 8 kg/min cooling water flow rate.
