摘 要:为了分析和了解目前市场上汽车膜的性能,采用美国海洋光学USB650型光谱仪结合SpetraSuite光谱分析软件,测量了三组汽车膜和加贴厚度为1 mm玻璃时,380 nm^950 nm区间的透射率曲线并对其进行了光谱特性分析。测量分析结果表明,目前市场上汽车隔热膜的光学性能相比十多年前已有很大提高。增大可见光透过率的同时,降低红外和紫外光的透过率的问题得到了一定的解决,但部分汽车隔热膜仍存在可见光透过率低于国家标准的问题。In order to analyze and understand the performance of SAIC film in thecurrent market,the transmission curve of 380 nm to 950 nm of automotive filmsamples and the automobile film is affixed to the glass with a thickness of 1 mmwas measured by USB650 spectrometer combined with SpetraSuite spectrum analysissoftware,and the spectral characteristics were analyzed.The measurement andanalysis results show that the optical performance of automotive thermal insulationfilm on the market has been greatly improved compared with that of more thanten years ago.The contradiction of high visible light transmittance and lowinfrared ultraviolet transmittance has been solved to some extent.However,thevisible light transmission rate of some automobile heat insulation film isstill lower than the national standard.
