摘 要:为研究货运索道在动力因素影响下结构受力性能,采用索道动力结构计算方法,根据货运索道典型施工工况及主要技术参数,针对影响索道安全性能的运输启动因素,设计了不同参数变化下的索道启动时计算工况。通过对比索道载荷、启动速度、启动位置、索道高差变化、索道跨距变化因素对索道启动时承载索、牵引索的张力变化情况,对索道启动动力影响进行了量化分析,并针对性的提出启动因素对牵引索、牵引装置在结构计算中的载荷系数,为货运索道的设计提供更加科学合理的参考依据。In order to study the structural mechanical performance of freight ropeway under the influence of dynamic factors, the calculation method of ropeway dynamic structure is adopted. According to the typical construction conditions and main technical parameters of freight ropeway, the calculation conditions of ropeway start-up under different parameters are designed according to the transportation start-up factors affecting the safety performance of ropeway. By comparing the cable load, start-up speed, start-up position, height difference change and span change of the cableway, this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the influence of the cableway start-up power, and puts forward the load coefficient of the start-up factors on the structure calculation of the towing cable and the towing device, so as to provide more scientific and reasonable reference for the design of the freight cableway.
