摘 要:二甲基亚砜(DMSO)与液态水(H2O)一样,在溶解多种无机盐方向展现出显著的能力。而DMSO与水的混合体系,因其独特的生物学和物理化学特性,已成为制药和有机化学体系研究领域的焦点。但以DMSO和H2O作为双溶剂的研究还较少,在此基础上本文利用拉曼光谱技术手段并结合量子化学计算获得了氯化钠、水和二甲基亚砜三元溶液的拉曼光谱,得到了碱金属离子的溶剂化效应,并分析了其中的分子间相互作用,对于理解溶液中的离子扰动行为具有重要意义。此外,本文还利用二维相关拉曼光谱分析技术解决了重叠峰的问题,这有助于更准确地解释拉曼光谱中的各种峰值变化,从而深入理解溶液中分子间的相互作用。Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), like liquid water, shows a remarkable ability to dissolve a variety of inorganic salts. In particular, the mixed system of DMSO and water has become the focus of the research field of pharmaceutical and organic chemistry systems because of its unique biological and physicochemical properties. However, there are few researches on ternary solutions. On this basis, the Raman spectra of ternary solutions of sodium chloride, water and DMSO were obtained by means of Raman spectroscopy combined with quantum chemistry calculation. The solvation effect of alkali metal ions was obtained and the law of intermolecular interaction was analyzed, which is of great significance for understanding ion disturbance behavior in solution. In addition, the problem of overlapping peaks is solved by using two-dimensional correlation Raman spectroscopy, which helps to more accurately interpret the various peak changes in Raman spectra, so as to deeply understand the interaction between molecules in solution.
