摘 要:经过体系筛选,利用氯膦酸二苯酯和三聚氰胺等原料合成新型磷系阻燃剂,并以丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为基体探究了制备的无卤阻燃剂对绝缘塑料的阻燃效果。运用核磁与红外测试进行了材料结构的定性分析,烧蚀实验、力学拉伸等方法进行材料性能测试,比较了不同阻燃剂添加量和复配体系对ABS阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:合成磷系阻燃剂添加量达到20 wt%以上时,能够实现ABS的V-O级阻燃。After system screening, new phosphorus-based flame retardants were synthesized using diphenyl esters such as clodronate and melamine, and the flame-retardant effect of the prepared halogen-free flame retardants on insulating plastics was also investigated using acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) as a matrix. The qualitative analysis of the material structure was performed by nuclear magnetic and infrared tests, and ablation experiments and mechanical stretching tests were performed to test the material properties. The effects of the addition of different flame retardants and the compounding system on the flame retardancy of ABS were compared. The results showed that the synthetic phosphorus flame retardant could achieve V-O flame retardancy of ABS when the addition amount of the synthetic phosphorus flame retardant reached 20 wt% or more.
