谈中国足球的发展方向

摘　　要：中国足球运动的发展备受国人瞩目,为了让中国足球运动水平迅速提高,展现中国体育强国风范,中国相关部门推出了U23政策、中性化改名、推行工资帽、加强梯队培养等改革措施。本文运用文献资料法对四项改革措施进行分析研究,得出以上改革措施可以促进中国足球产业发展、促进品牌的树立、促进良性运营以及促进足球水平提高。最后针对改革措施中不足之处提出相关建议。The development of Chinese football has attracted the attention of the Chinese people. In order to improve the level of Chinese football quickly and show the style of China’s sports power, the rele-vant departments in China have introduced the U23 policy, the neutral name change, the imple-mentation of salary cap, the strengthening of echelon training and other reform measures. This paper analyzes and studies the four reform measures by using the method of literature, and con-cludes that the above reform measures can promote the development of Chinese football industry, promote the establishment of brand, promote the benign operation and promote the improvement of football level. Finally, some suggestions are put forward in view of the shortcomings in the reform measures.
