2018年~2019年全国跳绳联赛总决赛车轮跳项目成套动作创编的分析

摘　　要：本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、录像分析法、数理统计法等,对2018~2019年全国跳绳联赛总决赛车轮跳项目体育院系组的成套动作编排进行深入分析,得出以下结论:体育院系组成套动作难度类别较为单一,等级难度上使用不均匀;音乐风格选用单一,动作与音乐不契合;场地移动不太理想等。研究还提出对车轮跳项目成套动作创编的建议:编排思路要符合规则要求,提高创新性;加强运动员系统的训练,提高综合能力;加强师资培训力度,提高教练员的综合能力等。Through the use of literature method, questionnaire survey method, video analysis method, mathematical statistics method, etc., this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the complete set of action arrangement of sports departments of wheel jump event in the 2018~2019 National Rope Jumping League Final, and draws the following conclusions: the difficulty category of the set of physical education departments is relatively simple and the use of the difficulty level is not uniform. The music style is single, and the movements do not fit with the music. The site movement is not ideal. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to create the complete set of action of wheel jump: the arrangement idea should meet the requirements of rules and improve the in-novation;strengthen athletes’ systematic training and improve their comprehensive ability;strengthen teacher training, improve the comprehensive ability of coaches, etc.
