普通高校大学生篮球裁判员培养方式初探

摘　　要：篮球运动是高校体育的重要的组成部分,学生裁判在其中起着至关重要的作用,但目前普通高校大学生篮球裁判员普遍整体水平较低,不能满足校内、外比赛的要求。为保证校园篮球顺利开展,培养一支优秀的普通高校大学生篮球裁判队伍就显得尤为重要。本文通过从组织裁判等级培训、开设裁判课程、协会培训等多种模式相结合,不间断地对普通高校大学生进行培养来提高篮球裁判能力,促进高校篮球运动整体水平的发展与提高。Basketball is an important part of college physical education. Student referees play a vital role. However, at present, the overall level of college basketball referees is generally low, which is unable to meet the requirements of competitions inside and outside the school. To ensure the smooth development of campus basketball, it is particularly important to cultivate an excellent basketball referee team of college students. In this paper, the author tries to organize the training of referee grade, set up referee courses, organize association training, etc., combining various modes to continuously train college students to improve their basketball refereeing skills to promote the development and improvement of college basketball.
