“健康中国”背景下大学健康教育融入心理拓展训练的路径研究

摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步,国家对于人才的要求越来越高,作为大学生不仅要掌握深厚的科学知识,还需不断的完善人格品质,增强社会适应能力。这就要求教育的发展不仅要对科学知识进行传播,同时重视对学生身心健康发展。“健康中国”背景下,健康教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分受到学校广泛关注。在进行健康教育教学中发现,传统的健康教学传播缺乏创新,教学效果不佳。而心理拓展训练作为一种新兴的教学手段对大学生的健康教育传播产生深刻的影响。本文通过文献研究法、观察法、访谈法等对大学生健康教育课程中开展心理拓展的必要性进行探讨,分析目前心理拓展训练在大学生健康教育中开展的现状进行及存在的问题,结合“健康中国”背景探索心理素质拓展融入大学生健康教育具体实施路径,为大学生健康教育改革提供新思路,助力大学生核心素养的培养。With the continuous progress of society, the country has higher and higher requirements for tal-ents. As a college student, not only must master profound scientific knowledge, but also need to constantly improve personality quality and enhance social adaptability. This requires that the de-velopment of education should not only disseminate scientific knowledge, but also pay attention to the physical and mental health of students. Under the background of “Healthy China”, health education, as an important part of quality education, has been widely concerned by schools. In the teaching of health education, it is found that the traditional health teaching communication lacks innovation and the teaching effect is not good. As a new teaching method, psychological develop-ment training has a profound impact on the communication of college students’ health education. This paper discusses the necessity of psychological development in college students’ health educa-tion courses through literature research, observation, and interview methods, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of psychological development training in college students’ health education. Combined with “Healthy China” background explores the expansion of psycho-logical quality into the specific implementation path of college students’ health education, provides new ideas for the reform of college students’ health education, and helps the cultivation of college students’ core literacy.
