商业性健身俱乐部教练员的发展研究——以池州市区为例

摘　　要：现如今,人们对身体健康尤为看中,参与体育锻炼已成为现代人增进健康生活的方式之一。因此,健身俱乐部又一次进入到了大众视野。健身教练员作为俱乐部的一个核心职位,也渐渐博得众人的关注。以池州市为例,对池州市区健身俱乐部教练员进行了调查研究,研究结果表明:青年教练是教练员中的核心力量;健身教练员热情高、干劲较足但实践经验欠缺;进入健身俱乐部行业需有证书在手;工作时间与劳动报酬不相匹配。在分析研究基础上提出了以下建议:鼓励和支持健身教练员积极进取学习,提升自身业务能力水平,提高自我人格魅力;政府加大宣传力度:资格认证市场规范要严格把控。为健身俱乐部教练员的发展提供理论依据和实践支撑。Today, people are particularly concerned about physical health, and participating in physical ex-ercise has become one of the ways in which modern people can improve healthy lives. So the fitness club is once again in the public view. Fitness coach as a core position of the club, has gradually gained attention. Taking Chizhou City as an example, the study of trainers of Chizhou City Fitness Club in the city of Chizhou, the results show that: youth coaches are the core strength of coaches;fitness coaches are enthusiastic, motivated, but lack of practical experience;entering the health club industry requires certificates in hand;working hours and labor pay are not matched. Based on the analysis and research, the following recommendations are made: encourage and support fitness trainers to actively pursue learning, improve their business ability level, improve self-per- sonality charm;and the government intensify publicity efforts: qualification certification market standards should be strictly controlled to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the development of health club coaches.
