“健康中国2030”背景下大众气排球运动的发展现状及纾解策略

摘　　要：健康是促进人的全面发展的必然要求,是经济社会发展的基础条件。2016年国务院印发了《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,其中明确指出“推进健康中国建设,是全面建成小康社会、基本实现社会主义现代化的重要基础,是全面提高中华民族健康素质、实现人民健康与经济社会协调发展的国家战略。”气排球作为我国独立发展的项目,有着门槛低,上手快的特点,尤其适合中老年人参与,目前在社会中的热度也是极高。气排球是一项兼具休闲性、娱乐性、竞赛性的运动。本文针对气排球的起源与发展,大众气排球运动目前的发展情况展开分析,并针对目前的发展困境提出相应的纾解策略。旨在更好地促进大众气排球运动的发展,为实现2030健康中国远景目标作出贡献。Health is the inevitable requirement of promoting the all-round development of people, and is the basic condition of economic and social development. In 2016, The State Council issued the Outline of the “Healthy China 2030” Plan, which clearly stated that “promoting the construction of a healthy China is an important basis for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and basically realizing socialist modernization, and a national strategy for comprehensively improving the health quality of the Chinese nation and realizing the coordinated development of people’s health and economic and society.” Air volleyball as an independent development of China, has the characteristics of low threshold, fast to get started, especially suitable for the elderly to participate, the current heat in the society is also very high. Air volleyball is a leisure, recreational and competitive sport. This paper analyzes the origin and development of air volleyball, the current development of public air volleyball, and puts forward the corresponding relief strategies according to the current development dilemma. It aims to better promote the development of public air volleyball and contribute to the realization of Healthy China 2030.
