我国健康老龄化的现状及其改善路径研究——基于马克思主义人本思想

摘　　要：我国作为人口老龄化的大国,面临着严峻的养老形势。为应对人口老龄化问题,成功老龄化、积极老龄化、健康老龄化等战略相继提出,由于健康老龄化兼顾公平性和适应性,它成为应对人口老龄化成本低、效益好的一种有效手段。从我国健康老龄化的现状来看,主体环境上对健康老龄化认知缺乏;社会环境上各地区水平存在差异;政策环境上养老政策不够完善、养老保险覆盖面不足。健康老龄化具有马克思主义人本思想的人本意蕴,因此,本文立足于马克思人本思想,为解决目前我国健康老龄化存在的问题提供实践路径。一是关注“人”的健康,宣传健康养老理念。二是保障“人”的权益,完善健康养老制度。三是构建智慧养老服务体系,满足“人”的多元需求。四是以“人”为本,发展医养结合新模式。As a big country with aging population, our country is facing a severe pension situation. In order to deal with the problem of population aging, strategies such as successful aging, active aging and healthy aging have been put forward successively. As healthy aging takes into account fairness and adaptability, it has become an effective means to deal with population aging with low cost and good efficiency. According to the current situation of healthy aging in our country, the cognition of healthy aging in the main environment is lack;there are differences in social environment among different regions. In the policy environment, the pension policy is not perfect, and the coverage of pension insurance is insufficient. Healthy aging has the humanism implication of Marxist humanism thought. Therefore, based on Marxist humanism thought, this paper provides a practical way to solve the existing problems of healthy aging in our country. First, pay attention to the health of “people” and promote the concept of healthy elderly care. The second is to protect the rights and interests of “people” and improve the health pension system. The third is to build a smart elderly care service system to meet the diverse needs of “people”. The fourth is to develop a new model of combining medical and nursing care based on “people”.
