中国古代文学中的养老制度及其启示研究

摘　　要：良好的养老制度可以保障人的基本生活需要,做到“老有所养”,解除人们对养老送终的顾虑和担心,对社会的和谐与稳定、缩小社会贫富差距、减缓社会矛盾具有重要意义。自古以来,中国深受儒家思想的影响,百善孝为先,追求孝道。孝道在中国已经有上千年的历史,尊老敬老的传统美德在历朝历代弘扬发展,因此历代都重视养老制度的建设。对于现今老龄化逐渐加剧的社会,可借鉴古代养老制度与思想,制定科学合理的养老政策,提升老年人晚年生活的质量,让老年人的幸福感、获得感、满意度不断加强。A good old-age endowment system can guarantee people’s basic living needs, achieve “old-age support”, and relieve people’s worries and worries about taking care of themselves, it is of great significance to social harmony and stability, to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, and to alleviate social contradictions. Since ancient times, China has been deeply influenced by Confucianism, a hundred good filial first, the pursuit of filial piety. Filial piety in China has a thousand years of history, the traditional virtues of respect for the elderly in the past dynasties to carry forward the development of the past dynasties, so all previous dynasties have attached importance to the construction of the endowment system. As for the society of aging, we can draw lessons from the ancient endowment system and thought, make scientific and reasonable endowment policy, and improve the quality of old people’s life in their old age, let the old people’s sense of well-being, sense of gain, satisfaction to enhance.
