摘　　要：全面抗战期间,共产国际与中共在“武装保卫苏联”问题上有过激烈的争论。争论的原因在于:共产国际制定政策的出发点是以苏联利益为中心,而中共以中华民族的根本利益为出发点,对共产国际的这些政策进行了婉拒和抵制。During comprehensive Anti-Japanese War period, the communist international and the communist party of China had a fierce debate on the issue of “armed to defend the Soviet union”. The reason is that: the starting point of the communist international policy is based on the Soviet union’s interests as the center, while the communist party of China with the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation as a starting point, tactfully declined and resisted the communist international policy.
