摘　　要：新成立的国家监察委员会,由于符合列宁建立和完善国家监察体制的思想,并且较好的体现了党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国三者的统一,因此可以有效地实现对所有公职人员的监督以及较好地体现依法治国的精神。因此,这是建立、健全和完善国家监督体系的一个重要措施。The newly established Supervision Commission of the People’s Republic of China meets Lenin’s thought of building and improving a country’s supervision mechanism, and properly reflects the unity of Party leadership, the running of the country by the people, and law-based governance, hence it can effectively supervise civil servants, and properly reflect the principle of law-based governance. Therefore it is a measure of great importance to build and to improve the country’s supervision mechanism.
