信息心理学的经验与法学“学科信息化”的构想

摘　　要：当前,哲学社会科学学科发展面临着普遍性的“瓶颈”问题和“学科信息化”任务。“信息心理学”的产生与发展具有深厚的国内外学术背景,可以对其它哲学社会科学接受信息科学世界观、方法论与科学观发挥重要的示范作用。以此为契机,有必要评介“信息心理学”的发展经验,提出有关“信息主义法学”的概念界定、学科定位和发展进路等法学学科信息化的具体意见。At present, the development of philosophy and social sciences is faced with the universal “bottleneck” problem and the task of “disciplinary informatization”. The emergence and development of “informational psychology” have a profound academic background both at home and abroad, which plays a vital role in demonstrating how to accept worldview, methodology and the science-view of Information Science for philosophy and other social sciences. Based on the literature review, the authors evaluate the development experience of “informational psychology” and put forward some detailed suggestions on the development of “law informationization”, namely, the concept, the subject orientation and the development of the discipline of “informationalism jurisprudence”
