摘 要:人们生活质量的改善使得对主题公园的服务要求逐步提升。企业人力资源服务质量的提升,对主题公园业态市场发展产生重要影响。但现有的主题公园人力资源绩效评价体系并没有为内部员工提供合理的引导作用。因此,本文参考常用的人力资源绩效评价体系,针对主题公园特点以及指标构建原则,构造主题公园人力资源综合绩效评价指标。借助相关专家以及游客进行访谈对指标赋值并进行层次分析,最终形成主题公园人力资源综合绩效评价体系,进而得出结论:主题公园在人力资源综合绩效评价时应强调人性化、多元化服务,为主题公园提供科学、合理、有效的人力资源绩效评价提供参考。With the improvement of people’s quality of life, the service requirements of theme parks are gradually improved. The improvement of enterprise human resource service quality has an im-portant impact on the development of theme park market. However, the existing human resource performance evaluation system of theme parks does not provide reasonable guidance for internal employees. Therefore, this paper refers to the used human resource performance evaluation sys-tem, and constructs the comprehensive human resource performance evaluation index of theme park according to the characteristics of theme park and the principle of indicator construction. With the help of interviews with relevant experts and tourists, the index is assigned and the hierarchy analysis is carried out to form the theme park human resources comprehensive performance eval-uation system. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the theme park should emphasize humaniza-tion and diversified services in the comprehensive performance evaluation of human resources, so as to provide reference for the theme park to provide scientific, reasonable and effective perfor-mance evaluation of human resources.
