摘　　要：新发展格局是中央提出的为了应对世界百年未有之大变局和实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要战略举措,是40多年改革开放实践在新时代的新思路、新发展。新发展格局要以国内大循环为主体,从坚持扩大内需出发,促进国内国际双循环。本文以马克思主义理论为基础,融合宏观经济学的基本模型,从新发展格局的理论渊源、实现路径和现实意义三个方面,对新发展格局作了比较完整的阐释。The new development pattern is an important strategic measure proposed by the central government to cope with the unprecedented changes in the world and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is the new thinking and development of the reform and opening up practice for more than 40 years in the new era. The new development pattern should take the domestic cycle as the main body, proceed from the insistence on expanding domestic demand, and promote the domestic and international double cycle. Based on Marxist theory, this article fuses with the basic model of macroeconomics, and makes a relatively complete explanation of the new development pattern from three aspects: the theoretical origin, realization path and practical significance of the new development pattern.
