摘　　要：农村土地股份合作制是农地经营体制的重要创新,也是农村土地流转方式的创新变革。本文以农村土地股份合作制为研究对象,详细农村土地股份合作制的内涵、组织形式与分类。选取山东省东平县安村安大土地股份合作社与常熟市支塘镇窑镇村土地股份合作社作为典型案例,透过合作社运行分析农地股份合作制的问题,并提出针对性的对策建议,以期为农村土地股份合作制的发展做出贡献。The rural land share-holding cooperative system is an important innovation in the farmland management system, and it is also an innovative reform of the rural land transfer method. This article takes the rural land share cooperative system as the research object, and introduces in detail the connotation, classification and historical evolution of the rural land share cooperative system. We select Anda Land Cooperative in Dongping City and Yaozhen Village Land Cooperative in Changshu City as typical cases. It analyzes the problems of the cooperative’s operation and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in order to make contribution to the development of the rural land share cooperative system.
